Feelhub Service Terms of Use
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users when using the massage and therapy service connection platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Feelhub (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms of Use are as follows.
"Service" refers to massage shop and therapist connection, information provision, reservation service, etc. provided by the Company.
"User" refers to members and non-members who use the service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms of Use.
"Member" refers to a person who has provided personal information to the Company and registered as a member and can use the service provided by the Company.
"Massage Shop" refers to a business that provides massage services registered in the Company's service.
"Therapist" refers to an individual who provides massage and therapy services registered in the Company's service.
"Reservation" refers to an act by a user to apply for the service of a massage shop or therapist through the Service.
Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms and Conditions)
The Company shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the service so that users can easily understand them.
If necessary, the Company may revise these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
When the Company revises the Terms and Conditions, it shall post the effective date and the reason for the revision on the initial screen of the service along with the current Terms and Conditions from 7 days prior to the effective date to the day before the effective date. However, in the case of revisions to terms and conditions that are disadvantageous to users, it shall post the revision 30 days prior to the effective date and notify users individually by reasonable means such as email.
When the Company revises the Terms and Conditions, it shall confirm whether the user agrees to the application of the revised Terms and Conditions after posting the revised Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree to the application of the revised Terms and Conditions, the Company or the user may terminate the service use agreement.
Chapter 2 Service Use
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
The Company provides the following services:
Massage shop and therapist information service
Massage shop and therapist search service
Massage shop and therapist reservation service
Review and rating service
Payment service
Other services determined by the company
The company may divide the service into certain ranges and separately determine the available time for each range. However, in this case, prior notice will be given.
The company may temporarily suspend the provision of the service in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or malfunction of information and communication equipment such as computers, communication outage, or other significant operational reasons. In this case, the company will give prior notice. However, if there is an unavoidable reason for which the company cannot give prior notice, the company may give notice after the fact.
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
Users apply for membership by filling out membership information in the form determined by the company and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
The company will register users who apply for membership as per Paragraph 1 as members unless they fall under any of the following items.
If the applicant has previously lost membership qualifications according to Article 6, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions
If there are any false, omitted, or incorrect entries in the registration information
If it is determined that registering as a member significantly interferes with the operation of the company's services
The time of membership registration is the time when the company's approval reaches the member.
Article 6 (Withdrawal of membership and loss of qualifications)
Members may request withdrawal from the company at any time, and the company will immediately process the withdrawal.
If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the company may restrict or suspend membership qualifications.
If false information is registered when applying for membership
If the member threatens the order of e-commerce, such as interfering with others' use of the service or stealing information
If the member uses the service to commit an act prohibited by law or these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals
If the same act is repeated more than twice after the company has restricted or suspended membership qualifications or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the company may revoke the membership qualifications.
If the company loses membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member will be notified and given at least 30 days to explain before the cancellation of the membership registration.
Chapter 3 Registration of Massage Shops and Therapists
Article 7 (Registration of Massage Shops and Therapists)
Those who wish to register as massage shops and therapists shall fill out the required information in the form set by the company and submit the relevant documents to apply for registration.
The company will review the application for registration of massage shops and therapists and decide whether to approve it. The company may reject the registration if the application for registration falls under any of the following items.
If there is any false information, omission, or error in the registration information
If the applicant does not meet the qualifications or requirements required by relevant laws and regulations
If it is determined that registering as a massage shop or therapist significantly interferes with the operation of the company's services
If there is a change in the information provided at the time of registration, the massage shop and therapist must immediately notify the company and make corrections.
Article 8 (Obligations of Massage Shops and Therapists)
Massage shops and therapists must comply with relevant laws and these Terms and Conditions.
Massage shops and therapists must maintain the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information they provide to service users.
Massage shops and therapists must faithfully and safely provide the reserved services.
Massage shops and therapists must do their utmost to protect users’ personal information.
Massage shops and therapists must faithfully respond to complaints from users regarding the use of the service.
Chapter 4 Reservations and Payment
Article 9 (Reservations)
Users can reserve services from the desired massage shop or therapist through the service.
A reservation is established when the user completes the reservation application and the massage shop or therapist approves it.
The company provides reservation confirmation information to the user after the reservation is established.
If a reservation is canceled due to circumstances of the massage shop or therapist, the massage shop or therapist must immediately notify the user.
Users can coordinate reservation details through direct chat with the massage shop or therapist.
Article 10 (Cancellation and Change of Reservation)
Users can cancel or change reservations up until the time of the reserved service. However, if the massage shop or therapist has specified a separate cancellation policy, that policy will take precedence.
If the user does not visit the reservation time without prior notice (No-show), the massage shop or therapist may demand compensation for this.
If the massage shop or therapist cancels the reservation or refuses to provide the service without a justifiable reason, the company may impose sanctions on the massage shop or therapist.
The cancellation policy and fees may vary by massage shop or therapist, and can be checked within the service before making a reservation.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Article 11 (Payment)
Users may pay for the service they have reserved through a payment method provided by the company.
Payment may be made in advance at the time of reservation or on-site after using the service, and this is subject to the policies of the massage shop or therapist.
The company provides users with a receipt or other supporting documents in relation to payment.
If a user cancels a reservation for a legitimate reason after completing payment, the refund will be processed in accordance with the massage shop or therapist's refund policy.
The company may charge users a portion of the fees incurred during the payment process, and this will be notified prior to payment.
If a user has coupons or points, they may use them when making payments, and the applicable conditions will be subject to the usage regulations of each coupon or point.
Article 12 (Coupons and Points)
The company may issue coupons or points for service activation, promotions, etc.
The validity period, usage conditions, available amount, and overlapping use of coupons and points differ for each coupon and point, and will be notified at the time of issuance.
Coupons and points cannot be refunded in cash and cannot be transferred to others.
If coupons or points are obtained or used through unfair means, the company may retrieve the coupons or points and restrict the use of the service.
Chapter 5 Reviews and Ratings
Article 12 (Reviews and Ratings)
Users may write reviews and give ratings for the services they have used.
Reviews may only be written by users who have actually used the service.
Users must write objective and fact-based reviews.
The company may request the deletion or modification of reviews that fall under the following categories:
Reviews that contain false information
Reviews that contain content that disparages others, such as profanity, slander, or defamation
Reviews that contain personal information
Reviews that contain content that violates laws or public order and morals
Reviews that are not related to the service
Massage shops and therapists may respond to reviews, but they may not arbitrarily delete or modify user reviews.
The company may take necessary measures to maintain the fairness and reliability of the review and rating system.
Article 13 (Reward for Writing Reviews)
The company may provide rewards such as points and coupons to encourage users to write service reviews.
The type, amount, and payment conditions of the review reward may change according to the company's policy, and any changes will be announced within the service.
If you attempt to receive review rewards through unfair means such as writing false or duplicate reviews, the company may retrieve the rewards and restrict your use of the service.
Chapter 6 Responsibilities and Obligations
Article 13 (Obligations of the Company)
The company will not engage in any acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and will do its best to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The company must have a security system in place to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the service, and must disclose and comply with the personal information processing policy.
The company must process any opinions or complaints raised by users regarding the use of the service if it deems them justified.
